It's soon to be summer time. People tend to travel more using rental vehicles and/or valet parking. When using valet parking don't tempt people by leaving weapons, cash or computers in the vehicle. Always do a full vehicle inspection prior to turning over the vehicle to a valet service and upon return of the vehicle also inspect. Make sure the person handing you a claim check actually works for the valet company. When renting a vehicle always inspect before leaving the lot. If you notice any damage note the damage on the contract. It's also a good idea to take a cell picture that will serve to date and time stamp the damage. Enjoy your summer travels and should a problem occur call our office to discuss your options.
